Insurance and contract

It is important to take out good insurance when renting your camper or caravan. As a private individual you have several options. There are specific insurance policies with Aveco, the NKC, Univé and NAG. Also draw up a good rental contract that you can use with every tenant. You should already think about the rental conditions and what you will do in the event of damage, for example.

Create an advertisement

Is it profitable to rent out your caravan or camper and have you arranged everything regarding insurance? Then it's time to create an advertisement. You need the right information and clear, beautiful photos for this.

Photos

Many people make a choice based on what they see. Beautiful photos are therefore important. Make sure that the first photo of your advertisement shows your camper or caravan in its entirety. Preferably in a place that evokes the camping feeling. A mountainous environment during a holiday in France is of course a more beautiful backdrop than a parking lot. In addition, provide multiple, clear photos of the outside and inside. This way, potential tenants know what to expect.

In an advertisement with which you offer your camper or caravan for rent, the text is also important. First, make sure you have a catchy ad title. In the text you then describe the most important features of the camper or caravan. Don't forget to add a little experience, why is your caravan or camper the ideal camping equipment? Consider in advance what information people might want to know, so that you can answer any questions in advance. Complete the requested specifications as much as possible.

After careful preparation, it is time to place the advertisement. You also have several choices here.
