In 1963 Rob Stoopman founded the car company Stoopman in Rotterdam. From Rotterdam-Lombardijen he moved to the Noordereiland.
After 18 years on the Noordereiland, he moved the business to Rotterdam-Kralingen on the Admiraliteitskade.
After his death, his daughter, Nanda Stoopman, continued the business with her husband, Floris de Jong.
The building in Kralingen soon outgrew its scope. In 2005 we moved to Hellevoetsluis, where we have built up a large satisfied customer base.
