How do you charge the built-in power bank?
It actually works just like charging your phone battery at home. You plug the power bank into a wall outlet with the included cable, and after a few hours, it is fully charged again and ready for use.
How many times can you fully charge the Mr.E-ZY with a fully charged power bank?
With a fully charged power bank, you can charge the Mr.E-ZY 20 to 30 times. But charging it just once is enough to sit or lie down comfortably for the rest of the day!
But what if there is a bit of wind, won't it blow away?
"DThat is no problem. Every Mr.E-ZY has an attachment loop for extra stability. At the beach, you can fill the included carrying bag with sand and attach it to the loop. This way, the Mr.E-ZY stays in place. Just stand, even when it's windy"
How much warranty does the Mr.E-ZY come with?
The product itself comes with a 1-year warranty. The built-in power bank has a 2-year warranty. We want people not to have to worry about the quality and lifespan of their Mr.E-ZY.
What is the Mr.E-ZY suitable for?
The Mr.E-ZY is specially designed for outdoor use and is suitable for flat stone surfaces, lawns, and sandy beaches. For surfaces with small, sharp pebbles, we recommend placing a towel or mat underneath. That way, everyone will enjoy it for years to come.
Who is the target audience?
Basically anyone who loves convenience and comfort, but the target audience consists primarily of campers, caravan owners, and beach lovers. But it is also a big hit among camper owners because volume and weight are important issues for this group. With Mr.E-ZY, you no longer have to bring along heavy chairs or beds.”
What is Mr. E-ZY made of

Can you tell me something about the company?
“We are a true family business and conceived and developed the Mr.E-ZY entirely ourselves. After three years of intensive testing, during which we used the product under various circumstances and weather conditions, we launched it on the Dutch market in 2023. To date, we only sell online, because otherwise we would have to make our products about 50 euros more expensive. We want quality and affordability to go hand in hand.”
How is your customer service?
“We are affiliated with Trusted Shops and already have over 55.000 satisfied users, with a rating of 4,75 out of 5 stars. That is extremely high. But if people have a complaint, we help them the way they want to be helped. We handle our customer service ourselves, so when you call, you will always get me, my wife, or our son on the line. No automated call forwarding or transfers.”
