Van Eijk Caravans: big in Fendt and Hobby, strong in service
In Hapert, Van Eijk Caravans has been a well-known name for decades for campers who like to celebrate their holidays on two wheels. The family business does not present itself as an average caravan dealer, but as a specialist with a clear focus: a wide choice, extensive product knowledge, and a service center that keeps the purchase in top condition even after delivery.
This position has been built primarily around Fendt. Van Eijk has been an authorized dealer of the German brand since 1976 and is considered the largest Fendt dealer in the Netherlands. The showroom, which covers approximately 4,000 m2, displays various models such as the Apero, Bianco, Tendenza, and Diamant. With these, Van Eijk targets campers seeking comfort, durability, and a Caravan that can last for years.
The range has recently been expanded. Since July 2026, Van Eijk also carries Hobby Caravans. This gives customers access to well-known Hobby series such as On Tour, De Luxe, Excellent, Prestige, and Maxia, in addition to Fendt. The addition aligns with the ambition to serve a broad audience: from novice caravanners to experienced travelers who know exactly which layout, equipment, and weight class suits their way of traveling.
In addition to new Caravans, Van Eijk permanently stocks about a hundred BOVAG used caravans. These used Caravans are offered with a warranty and are an important part of the appeal: customers can compare new and used in a single visit, view different layouts, and immediately ask for advice on practical matters such as payload capacity, mover, awning, or bike rack.
The service side is at least as prominently present. Van Eijk offers maintenance, BOVAG inspections, damage repair, axle maintenance, and installation of accessories. Customers can also turn to them for air conditioning, awnings, leveling systems, and custom mattresses. Furthermore, Van Eijk supplies original parts, including for Fendt, Dometic, and Thule Omnistor, and assists with insurance, financing, or storage.
