This Bürstner Lyseo Privilege TD 745 from 2020 combines space, luxury, and a unique layout in one complete Motorhome. Acquired from the first owner, richly equipped, and in very neat condition.

Built on the Fiat Ducato chassis with a wide-track rear axle and air suspension for extra comfort and optimal road handling.

The dimensions are approximately 7.45 meters in length and 2.30 meters in width.

Layout & living space
This version distinguishes itself with the separate seating area at the rear, with an electric pop-top roof above it. Between the front living area and the rear lounge, there is a lockable partition, creating two fully separated spaces. This provides extra privacy and the feeling of two separate rooms within one Motorhome.

At the front, there is a comfortable seating group with swivel cabin seats. The interior looks modern and luxurious thanks to the half-leather upholstery and LED lighting throughout the Motorhome. The Motorhome is equipped with a combination of insect screens and blackout blinds on all windows, an extra-wide door in the living area with a window and insect screen door, and an electric step.

Above the rear seating area is the spacious electric pop-top roof. This comfortable 2-person bed is easy to operate electrically and offers a generous sleeping surface with good support. Thanks to the partition, the sleeping area can be completely separated from the front living area.

The centrally located kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner gas hob, sink, pull-out pantry, ample cupboard space, and an extra-large refrigerator. Thanks to the 1500-watt inverter, it is possible to use 230V sockets without shore power.

The bathroom features a cassette toilet, washbasin, and a separate shower cubicle.
