With mixed feelings, we are offering our beloved and reliable Motorhome for sale. A Caravan turns out to be a better fit for our family.

This compact Semi-integrated Motorhome combines the maneuverability of a Van conversion with the luxury of a full-fledged Motorhome. Thanks to the sought-after layout with Single beds, a large garage, engine air conditioning, and a significant power upgrade, this is the ultimate travel companion for mountains and distant destinations.

Main features:

-Driving license: Can be driven with a standard B driving license!

-Length: 6.99 meters (the ideal length for affordable rates on ferries/toll roads!) Welcome at any campsite.

-MOT: Brand new inspection (18-09-2026), so a full year of carefree driving!

-Engine: Powerful Fiat Ducato with engine air conditioning (wonderfully cool while driving!)

-Power: Professionally remapped to approx. 170 HP (effortlessly climbs mountains)

Comfort & Luxury upgrades:

-New Roof Fan (2026): We have a brand new roof fan (MaxxFan Deluxe) that can be included. Wonderful active cooling and ventilation during warm nights without the noise or power consumption of a traditional air conditioner. We haven't gotten around to installing it yet. If desired, we can do this before delivery.

-Satellite Dish Preparation: On the roof, there is a sturdy metal mounting plate including the roof feed-through (a dish was previously mounted here by the previous owner). Do you want to install a dish yourself? Then the base and the wiring route are already fully prepared without needing to drill into the roof again!

-Interior & Upholstery: Always maintained with great love and care, both by us and the previous owner. Equipped with beautiful, light leather upholstery that is very easy to keep clean. The Motorhome is also completely smoke-free.

-Flexible XXL Bed: The Single beds in the rear have a generous length (80x195 cm and 80x205 cm), ideal for taller people! They can easily be joined to form one gigantic sleeping surface of approximately 200x200 cm. We are including a practically new, barely used topper mattress (180x200 cm) for optimal sleeping comfort.

-E-Bike Ready Bike Rack: Robust rear bike rack with a load capacity of no less than 60 kg. Perfect for two heavy electric bikes.

-Thule Omnistor 6300 cassette awning, grey.

-XXL Garage: Enormous storage space under the beds, accessible from both sides with large side doors.

-New leisure battery (2026)

-Starter battery to be replaced in autumn 2025

Maintenance Status & Transparency:

We believe in honest sales and have always maintained the Motorhome with care:

1. Leak professionally repaired (May): Due to an aging sealant strip on the roof, there was a small leak in May. This was immediately professionally addressed and repaired, with the relevant wall panel also being completely replaced.

2. Panoramic window front: In the inner plastic shell of the skylight/panoramic window at the front, there are two small cracks. This is purely on the inside, has been professionally repaired to prevent further tearing, and is guaranteed to have no impact on insulation or watertightness (the exterior is 100% intact).

3. Paintwork front (2025): Due to the well-known Fiat Ducato issue where the paint can flake, the bonnet and the entire front were professionally resprayed in 2025. It looks sleek again. Recently, the paint on the front wheel arches has unfortunately also started to flake a bit; this is purely cosmetic (plastic parts, so cannot rust).

4. Extra set of winter tires: The Motorhome comes with 4 extra steel rims with winter tires. Ideal for easy swapping. Please note: the winter tires themselves are outdated and will need to be replaced in the long term (the steel rims are of course perfect).

In short, a very complete, technically strong, freshly inspected, and honest Knaus that is ready for the next adventure!
