Castle Route

From here you cycle through the Heldense forests towards the village of Neer where you can enjoy a beautiful Maas panorama. Via the Musschenberg nature reserve in Kessel-Eik, you return to the starting point Kasteel de Keverberg in Kessel via the banks of the Maas.

For urban antics, you're also in the right place in the Heart of Limburg. A day of shopping in Venray, Weert or Roermond guarantees a fun day of retail therapy. From large chains to small specialty shops with personal attention, these cities have it all. And in between, it's lovely to relax on one of the terraces for coffee with 'vlaai' or an extensive lunch with only regional products in one of the culinary gems that Limburg has to offer. Maasplassen
