This extra width provides an enormous amount of living space and comfort inside, which is unique in this class. This set is 5 years old and in neat condition. 🔍 Condition of the caravan (as far as known): The caravan is 26 years old and has the normal signs of use for its age: The roof: The roof has suffered some hail dents in the past. However, you cannot see anything of this from the ground; the side walls are neat and smooth all around. Since the roof windows were replaced, we have had no leaks. The floor: The floor flexes slightly on the walking paths inside. The floor feels dry and hard, indicating the known aging delamination (loosening adhesive layers) and not wood rot.
