The Sprite Cruzer 495 SR is the most spacious four-person caravan in the Cruzer series, with the unavoidable English kitchen, a French bed and a very special bathroom.

But we start with the construction. The Cruzer has smooth polyester walls that no longer contain wood. These wooden frames have been replaced by 'Pure', a polyurethane-based – and therefore completely waterproof – product, so that any moisture has no chance of causing damage. The factory gives a warranty against moisture for up to 10 years.
The Cruzer SR has beautiful alloy wheels, but it is especially the front that gives it character, with the high-gloss black front. A large panoramic skylight has also been concealed in that front - making Sprite one of the first caravan manufacturers. The roof, front and rear are also made of polyester and the bottom plate is also covered with the same material, as protection against stone chips and splashing water. The caravan can be loaded up to 1.550 kilos.
Living, eating, sleeping
Inside, the typical British layout is immediately noticeable: large longitudinal sofas, the profile of which clearly shows that you will find a comfortable place to relax here. The innerspring cushions have been specially developed for seating comfort, but an extra slatted base rolls out of the narrow cupboard at the front, so that you can also convert the complete seating group into a spacious double bed. Swift supplies two Duvalay mattresses as standard, so that sleeping comfort is guaranteed.
Another typically British detail is the three-piece front window and of course the kitchen, although we can no longer call that a detail. The heart of the kitchen is formed by the gas stove: an oven combination with grill, from which you can prepare your breakfast toast in the morning. A little further back we come across the French bed, with behind it the pièce de résistance of the Cruzer: the spacious bathroom is located here across the full width of the caravan. With a separate toilet on one side, a sink in the middle and then the large shower cubicle – in a similar size as at home. The lighting in the caravan is neatly arranged and during the day the enormous panoramic window provides a lot of light, making the caravan look extra spacious.
