Knaus 60 years: party during CaravanSalon

The CaravanSalon has been the largest camping fair in the world for decades and the 2020 edition will also go down as the most corona-safe camping event. German regulations are even stricter than in our own country. It is not surprising that the Knaus Tabbert Group chooses 'Düsseldorf' to celebrate Knaus's 60th birthday in a grand manner.

Knaus and its sister brands Tabbert, Weinsberg and T@b are well represented at the fair in Düsseldorf. In total, the Knaus brands are spread over no less than 24.000 square meters; twice as much as during previous CaravanSalon fairs. The caravan and camper giant will be presenting around 4 vehicles from September 13 to 160, many of which will be offered with special trade fair promotions. Especially for Dutch campers, about 40 Dutch advisors are present to guide you through all the different anniversary models, the different layouts and the special trade fair promotions with which you can save thousands of euros.

Thousands of euros in savings

Anniversary models are usually caravans or campers that are offered with very extensive equipment at attractive prices. For example, in the past Knaus offered all-inclusive caravans where a benefit of 4.000 was not unusual. For campers, this benefit could even amount to more than 15.000 euros. Knaus has two parties to celebrate this year: the brand has been around for 60 years, but 2020 is also an anniversary year because Knaus founder Helmut Knaus would have turned 100 this year. Reason enough to go all out during the fair in Düsseldorf and that suspicion is reinforced by the absolute radio silence that the brand observes, in order to be able to pop out in Düsseldorf with spectacular promotional models.

€100 reimbursement

A visit to the CaravanSalon is highly recommended for the large number of anniversary promotions alone. The group will reimburse a €100 reimbursement for fuel and entrance tickets! This applies to every Dutch person who buys a new caravan or camper of the 2021 model year from the Knaus brand at the exhibition stand in Düsseldorf. This discount applies on top of the special exhibition offers. The condition is that you purchase the caravan or camper from a Dutch sales advisor - they can also advise you well about the Dutch dealerships that offer a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.

CaravanSalon completely corona-proof

It is nice to know that the German trade fair organization is doing everything it can to make the CaravanSalon a corona-proof event. It complies with all strict German regulations – rules that are even stricter than in the Netherlands. The exhibition map has been adjusted to create safe walking routes. And if you want to view a caravan or camper from the inside, you have the guarantee that no other fair visitors will enter. This gives you every opportunity to safely see whether your new holiday home really suits you. Knaus, Tabbert, Weinsberg and T@b are located on more than double the number of square meters. This also allows you to compare layouts very well because there are more models than ever. This makes the CaravanSalon the best alternative to the Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs, which is canceled this year.

About CaravanSalon

The CaravanSalon 2020 will take place from September 4 to 13. The camping fair is the largest camping event in the world, with 300 exhibitors in 10 halls and on the outdoor area. The Knaus Tabbert Group, with the brands Knaus, Tabbert, Weinsberg, T@b can be found in the newly built Hall-1 and in Hall-4.

The trade fair organization uses a hygiene concept that complies with all German regulations. This ensures the safety and health of visitors, exhibitors and employees as best as possible. Disinfectant is available at all hall entrances and stands. Only persons from one household may be in the vehicles at the same time. In addition, the maximum number of visitors per day is limited to 20.000.
