Southwind's Space Wonder

Southwind's Space Wonder

Southwind Vans has launched a space wonder based on the Ford Transit Custom. The bus camper is approximately 25 cm wider than the VW T6.1. For example, a bench seat for three people with Isofix can be installed on a rail system.

Moving and locking the sofa is easy in any position and can be done without tools. This way, up to five bicycles can fit in the trunk with five seats in the front of the vehicle. A total of seven people can be seated along the way, thanks to the installation of two separate seats in the rear or front. The table can be moved further to join the sofa. With a length of 4,97 meters, the Ford is shorter than the VW California, but is approximately 4 cm higher.

To your own taste

The size of the table top, the shelves in the cupboard, the color of the curtains and cupboard elements can be adjusted to personal taste. With a fully equipped camper, the total storage space is approximately 437 liters. There is also a compressor refrigerator and freezer with a total capacity of 40 liters. Space has also been created in the furnishings for a Porta Potti. Jerry cans are used for the water supply of the pantry and the outdoor shower.

Three water tanks

To enable a longer, self-sufficient travel time, three water tanks of 16 liters of fresh water can be taken along. The jerry cans can also be removed again to create storage space. The number of sleeping places is for four people. At the top of the folding roof you sleep on an area of 1,90 m x 1,25 m. In the living area downstairs you spend the night on the padded sofa measuring 1,90 m x 1,35 m. In addition to the basic equipment, there are also numerous options available, such as automatic transmission, solar panels, satellite TV and much more.
