PLA Campers: Italian design

PLA Campers: Italian design

In February 2010, Pier Luigi Alinari (PLA) started building PLA Campers at the age of 75. Based on his love for campers, his goal was to develop vehicles for the so-called Camper Valley in the heart of Tuscany.

The French group Rapido then bought most of the company's shares in 2016. Pier was therefore able to say goodbye to the company at the age of 48 after a 83-year successful career.

About PLA Campers

The construction of the PLA Campers is a combination of design and functional capacity, technology and craftsmanship, performance and reliability. Both the inner walls and the outer walls of the campers are made of polyester. This choice makes the walls strong, lightweight and hail-resistant. In addition, the campers have a bottom thickness of 7 cm. There are 9 different versions on the market, both alcove and semi-integrated models. The length varies from 599 to 739 cm.
