The Safire Cooker is one of the most economical portable charcoal ovens. The Cooker uses only 300 grams of briquettes and provides approximately 1.5-2 hours of cooking pleasure at temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius. The standard grill plate is reversible and transforms the Safire Cooker into a frying pan. You can effortlessly prepare potatoes, eggs, vegetables, pizza or bread on the resulting baking tray. The multifunctional oven is also very healthy to use. You can fry, grill, cook or smoke with little to no oil or fat.
Extra attention has been paid to safety in the design. The low center of gravity makes it almost impossible to knock over the oven. The quick start briquette or hot coals are completely enclosed. This prevents burns and flying sparks due to the complete wind shield. Ideal for use at the campsite or camper place. Other options are a wok pan, cool bag that fits the BBQ, a lid raiser or spit.
