Through your account, you can click on 'My details'. Here you can, for example, change your password or your phone number.

It's annoying if an advertiser doesn't respond to your message. Is there also a phone number with the advertisement? Then we recommend calling that number, you will get an answer faster. If the advertisement is from a company, you can easily find the full company details on the relevant company page. This includes: location, phone number and email address. Is the advertisement from a private individual and is there no phone number? Then you can contact us, we will try to reach the advertiser for you.

The moment you have finished your advertisement and you click on 'Place advertisement' but the page does not respond, it may be that a mandatory input field has not been entered or the entered value is incorrect. Check if there are empty mandatory input fields, or if you see red lines around an input field somewhere. If everything is entered correctly and there is still no response, it is best to refresh the page completely. The system will then give an error message, but don't worry, the entered data will be neatly saved in a draft. If refreshing doesn't work? Then contact us.

If you do not receive an email in both your inbox and your spam folder, it may be that you used an incorrect email address. Search back in your emails for the address you used to create your account. Can't figure it out? Then contact us, so we can help you.

If you have a new email address that you would like to link to your account, you can do so by contacting us.

To the right of the advertisement photo, you can find the advertiser's contact details. Often, a phone number is included. If you click on 'Show', the full number will appear.

When you establish good contact with an advertiser, it is actually useful to provide your phone number. This makes it easier to communicate with each other and allows you to make arrangements more quickly and efficiently.

You can change anything about your advertisement at any time. This includes: changing or adding photos, changing the price, adjusting the description, and thus also enabling and disabling the 'Bidding' function.
