After someone has responded via the contact form, this response will be visible in your personal account. All responses are collected here. You will also receive an email from CampersCaravans.nl containing the response from the interested person. Did not receive an email? Then also check your spam and promotional folders.

As soon as someone has made a bid on your ad, you can find this in your personal account. Here you will find an overview of all bids. You will also receive a notification that a bid has been placed on your ad.

Go to your ad in your account on CampersCaravans.nl. Under the photo of the ad you will see 'Delete'.

Click on ‘Delete’.

You will receive a notification asking if you are sure you want to delete the ad. Before we delete your ad, we would like to know if you have sold the Motorhome or Caravan through CampersCaravans.nl. Answer the question and your ad will be deleted. The collection for the payment will be automatically stopped afterwards.

• Moving up an ad - €5 per time
Your ad moves down when new ads are placed on CampersCaravans.nl. To draw attention to the ad again, you can move it up so that your ad is at the top again.


• 1 week top ad - €9 per time
Top ads are the three top ads in a specific category, for example: Motorhomes. These ads are marked with a star. With this promotion, your Motorhome will be shown in one of these positions for one week.

Please note: if more than 3 top ads have been purchased, the Motorhomes will be shown fairly and randomly.


• 1 week homepage promotion - €25 per time
With a homepage promotion, you will be extra visible for one week to everyone who visits CampersCaravans.nl. Your ad will be fully in the spotlight for one week on the homepage of CampersCaravans.nl. Your ad will stand out and will be seen by every visitor.
