Want to travel with your family in the camper this summer? Then this McLouis Glen alcove camper from 2004 might be your camper. Its spacious layout makes it a very suitable camper for families. This McLouis has a double train seat which is equipped with 4 belts. The camper has a total of 6 belted places. The train seats can be converted into 2 to 3 sleeping places. At the entrance we have equipped the spacious kitchen with a hob with 3 burners, a sink with cold and hot water tap and refrigerator with freezer. The refrigerator only works on 12V and 220V. The wet room is located at the back of the camper and is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. There is also a bunk bed which has a large garage door on the outside. This also allows the bunk bed to be folded up and used as extra garage space. Above the cabin we see the spacious bed for 2 people. The camper is of course equipped with a gas heater and boiler. The ring heater fan is not working. This can be replaced, but the camper can be heated quickly even without a fan. Outside the camper we see the large cassette awning and the bicycle carrier for 4 bicycles.
The roof of the alcove has minor damage which has been well sealed and does not affect the watertightness.

Chassis and engine

The McLouis Glen is based on the Fiat Ducato and is equipped with the powerful 2.8 Turbo diesel engine (Euro3) with 128 hp. The rear tires are from 2021, as is the residential battery. The timing belt and starter battery were replaced in 2023. Last maintenance was carried out in 2023. The MOT runs until March 16, 03! A complete inspection has recently been carried out.
