Lacros Ambling A400

The Ambling electric folding bike is equipped with a powerful 250W rear-wheel motor from the A-brand BAFANG. Due to the extremely low step-through and the standard high quality of Lacros, it is your ideal travel companion! With sturdy hinges and a strong 36V Lithium-Ion polymer battery, it's always nice to go for a ride. You can easily cycle against strong winds or up a steep hill. Electrically assisted, you can easily achieve a range of 30-40km (the bike can be upgraded with a 540Wh or 720Wh battery for a longer range). The Ambling is comfortable and user-friendly. Within 10 seconds, it can be easily folded and stored in your car, boat, camper or caravan.

The Lacros Ambling A400 with rear-wheel motor provides very powerful assistance in every situation, such as over long distances, against the wind or up steep hills. The 250W Bafang motor is powerful enough and very reliable. In combination with the 7 gears and an efficient magnetic rotation sensor, the Lacros Ambling A400 with assistance offers a very natural cycling experience. The bike is equipped with disc brakes for more powerful and less abrupt braking.

The Lacros Ambling A400 has a specially adapted frame for easy “boarding” on the bike.  The frame is designed in such a way that it does not lose the rigidity and balance of the bike. The folding hinge is solid and optimally positioned to make folding the bike easy.

The Lacros Ambling A400 is equipped with a 360Wh/36V Li-ion Polymer battery that is light, powerful and durable. The 360Wh battery has a standard range of over 30-40km (the bike can be upgraded with a 540Wh or 720Wh battery). The battery is removable and secured with a lock. A charger is included with the bike.

On the handlebar is the LCD display with which the electric assistance can be regulated. The 9 assistance levels can be easily operated with two buttons. The display is illuminated and easy to operate. By pressing a button, you can read a lot of information, such as speed, distance and battery usage. The assistance stops at speeds above 25 km per hour. This is legally determined in the Netherlands. The LED lights can be operated via the LCD display. The display has a USB connection on the back. This gives you the option to charge your phone or navigation while riding.
