When collecting a vehicle, a copy of ID is mandatory in all cases.
To purchase the vehicle, the vehicle must be paid for in full. Unless otherwise agreed with the seller. Until then, there is no valid agreement. And the purchase can be cancelled from our side.
For export: In addition to the export price of passenger cars, there are often additional costs related to BPM. For sales within the EU, a deposit may be charged equal to the BPM amount. To receive the deposit back, we need permanent EU registration of the vehicle within 10 weeks. In many cases, it is possible to avoid the deposit. Ask the seller about the possibilities.
For all drivable vehicles with a Dutch license plate and a valid APK, we can create a transit license plate for you at our office within 10 minutes:
- 14 days valid for € 150,--
- over 3,500 kg for € 200,--
We can also apply for an export license plate for cars with foreign license plates within 3 working days in many cases. Price € 700,-. (provided the car has a valid inspection)
In the case of intra-community delivery, we must receive at least the following information from you: Chamber of Commerce extract of the company and valid EU VAT number, copy of the entrepreneur's identification and a minimum deposit of 20% from the bank account of the relevant company.
For all VAT vehicles that are going outside the EU, we charge a deposit of 20% of the full invoice amount. As soon as you have informed us and we can verify through the provided customs document (EXa) that the vehicle has left the EU, we will refund your deposit as soon as possible.
