With a length of only 6.96 meters, this semi-integrated motorhome offers plenty of living comfort, while remaining pleasantly maneuverable thanks to its compact dimensions. An ideal combination for those who want to travel comfortably without unnecessarily large dimensions.

The powerful 140 HP Fiat Ducato engine ensures comfortable and relaxed driving, while the modern Dethleffs body with its contemporary design gives the Motorhome a fresh look. An important advantage of the T 6812 EB layout is the two comfortable single beds at the rear, with a spacious garage underneath for luggage and camping equipment.

The Just Camp version is characterized by a light and modern interior, a pleasant living atmosphere, and a thoughtful use of available space. The cozy seating area with swivel cabin seats, practical kitchen, and functional sanitary room make this Motorhome particularly suitable for both short trips and longer journeys. With a mileage of only 24,800 kilometers, this Dethleffs is an interesting choice for those looking for a young, comfortable, and versatile Motorhome.

With us, every journey begins with a fresh start. That's why we also deliver this Dethleffs as standard with new mattresses and a new toilet set. An extra quality guarantee that immediately benefits you from extra comfort, optimal hygiene, and the feeling of an almost new Motorhome.

This Motorhome comes from our own rental fleet 2026 and is therefore extra competitively priced and quickly available. Complete rental inventory incl. table, chairs, cable, leveling blocks etc. can also be taken over in consultation.

Layout
Upon entering, the light and spacious interior is immediately noticeable. The comfortable seating area, together with the swivel cab seats, forms a cozy living space where you can relax or enjoy a meal together. Thanks to the large windows and the smart layout, the interior feels pleasantly open and light.

In the rear, there are two comfortable single beds that are individually easily accessible and ensure an excellent night's sleep. Under the beds is a spacious garage with ample space for camping furniture, luggage, and other travel necessities. In the center of the Motorhome, you will find the practical kitchen with cooking facilities, sink, and refrigerator. The sanitary room has a toilet, sink, and shower. Thanks to the well-thought-out placement of all amenities, this Dethleffs Just Camp T 6812 EB offers an excellent balance between living comfort, freedom of movement, and practical ease of use.

Sleeping
This Motorhome is designed for optimal sleeping comfort every night. The spacious single beds are equipped with high-quality new mattresses from our exclusive mattress line and feature a slatted base for excellent support. Underneath the beds are various storage compartments that are easily accessible. In addition, there are various storage cabinets, power outlets, and USB connections around the sleeping area. The Motorhome also has a double pop-top roof bed.

Kitchen
The centrally located kitchen is practically designed and equipped with everything you need on the road. The spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, wide storage drawers and practical cupboard space offer plenty of room for groceries and cookware. The 2-burner gas stove is equipped with a glass cover. Thanks to the spacious passage between the kitchen and bathroom, the Motorhome also remains easily accessible.

Sanitary
The spacious toilet and shower room also lack nothing in comfort. The spacious shower in combination with the toilet and washroom offers the possibility to freshen up in peace, so you feel completely at home even when you are on the road. The Motorhome has a Truma 6 boiler with sufficient capacity, so there is enough hot water available, even when showering.

New mattresses
All our Motorhomes are delivered as standard with new high-quality mattresses from our exclusive mattress line. You can choose our comfortable quality mattresses, or upgrade for an additional charge to a mattress with your desired firmness and finish. This way, you can enjoy optimal sleeping comfort, fully tailored to your personal preference. If you are unsure about the comfort to choose, you can try it out in our showroom beforehand.

New toilet set
All our campers are also equipped as standard with a new toilet set (including toilet seat and cassette). This guarantees optimal hygiene and comfort.
