Chassis and engine
The Hymer Free 600 is built on a Fiat Ducato chassis and equipped with the reliable and efficient 2.287 cm3 MultiJet diesel engine (160 hp, Euro 6) in combination with the comfortable 9-speed automatic transmission. The last major service was performed on December 9, 2025, at Km 49,932, at which time the timing belt, starter battery, and all 4 tires were also replaced. Naturally, the underlying maintenance invoices are available for inspection on location.
