We are pleased to offer you this Chausson XLB 718. This spacious Motorhome offers space for people. The spacious L-shaped lounge with an extra bench at the front with the swivel front seats provide ample seating space. Above the lounge, we have the 2-person pop-top roof bed. In the middle of the Motorhome, we have the spacious kitchen which is equipped with a 3-burner hob, a sink, and plenty of storage space. Opposite the kitchen, we have the 140L refrigerator with a separate freezer drawer. The whole has a sleek and modern look. Walking towards the rear, we have the spacious bedroom which is equipped with a Queen bed with an adjustable headboard. An air conditioning unit is installed in this area. In front of the sleeping area, we have the toilet room with a sink on one side and the shower on the other side. This Chausson is equipped with a solar panel, a cassette awning, and a bicycle carrier for 2 bicycles. A tow bar is also present. The heating is regulated by a diesel heater. The air conditioning unit can also heat. This Chausson has a large access door at the rear leading to the garage. All doors and hatches are equipped with security locks.

Chassis and engine:

The Chausson is based on the Fiat Ducato with a 2300cc diesel engine with 130HP, Euro 5, which is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. Air conditioning in the cabin is of course included. The Motorhome had its last maintenance service in 2026. The tires were replaced in 2024 and are All Season. The timing belt was also replaced in 2024. The APK (MOT) is valid until 30-06-2027!
