Are you a water sports enthusiast? Then campsite 't Hoogland in Belt-Schutsloot is the perfect
place for a holiday. Located directly on the water, with its own jetty, this is a true paradise. But even those who have nothing to do with boats and sailing will find plenty to enjoy here.

Belt-Schutsloot is located in the middle of Weerribben-Wieden National Park, a beautiful
nature reserve where you can walk and cycle along reed beds, swamp forests and
picturesque waterways. In the village itself, you can still taste the atmosphere of the past, with
thatched cottages and narrow bridges. A short distance away you'll find the characteristic Hanseatic towns of Blokzijl, Hasselt and Vollenhove: ideal for a cultural excursion. And in the summer there's the gondola parade. With beautifully lit boats, a captivating annual highlight. Birdwatchers can indulge themselves here in the rich flora and fauna.
