Kabe Crown i760 LGB: a hardy Swede

Kabe Crown i760 LGB: a hardy Swede

At the front, the dark grill and slanted headlights give the Kabe Crown i760 LGB a cool appearance in X design. Immediately above the grill is the Mercedes star, which further explains the basis. The Crown stands on a Sprinter chassis. An impression of this winter-hardy integral camper with Mercedes technology.

The new Kabe Crown i760 LGB looks slightly different. The well-known red stripe by which Kabe campers and caravans have always been recognizable has made way for a newly designed sticker. Although this is quite exuberant, it suits the new Crown well. It turns it into an integral camper that can be seen. The front-wheel drive chassis of the new Mercedes Sprinter also arouses interest. All comfort, state-of-the-art technology, safety first and many assist systems. This comfort is made possible by the nine-speed automatic transmission, powered by a 170 hp diesel that does its work very quietly. So there is no shortage of torque and horsepower.

Ample loading capacity

The Crown i760 LGB from the outside shows a fairly large luggage hatch. So is the associated garage under the slightly higher single beds. It is a camper that campers who take a lot with them like to go on the road. There is also an outdoor shower in the garage. Next to the garage hatch is a smaller hatch. There is a drawer for the skis, he is a Swede after all, there is no winter hardier. The maximum weight is 4500 kilos. So you do need a C or C1 driving license. But this means that the large garage can be used effectively, after all, you don't have to worry about a kilo more or less.

Five-person

In the new Kabe you can enjoy a night's sleep with five people. In the back you will find the aforementioned single beds. And traditionally, a double pull-down bed has been placed above the seating area. If you do not sleep on the bed, it does not get in the way and does not affect the standing height. The operation is electric. You can turn the seating area into a fifth sleeping place under the pull-down bed. Four belted seats are available in the standard version, with a fifth on the options list.

All the space

The spacious sanitary area consists of a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen is also pleasantly large. Above the seating area you will find a display cabinet for tinkling-free storage of glasses. In addition to the complete installation for the boiler and heating, there is also a diesel parking heater. Handy when you want to feel a little more warmth in the cabin. All this can be operated with a touch panel. Here you can also read the level of the battery or gas bottle.

Also in winter

Winter hardy is not an empty slogan with Kabe. Take the heated double floor, the double glazing in the side windows or a heated floor mat in the cockpit and you understand that this camper offers every comfort, even in sub-zero temperatures. Kabe has also taken construction technology to a higher level over the years. The new iWall construction ensures maximum stability and absolute moisture resistance. With aluminum plating and Ecoprim insulation, temperature differences have no influence. In addition, plastic connecting beams are used where moisture can enter. These have cast-in air channels, which also give them good insulating properties.
