Eura Mobil launches Integra: luxury integral camper

Eura Mobil, the camper manufacturer from Sprendlingen, Germany, introduces a new integral camper in the luxury segment: the Integra. Bling bling, both inside and outside and equipped with the latest techniques.

What is immediately noticeable about the Integra is the enormous windshield, which makes the vehicle appear optically higher. Almost two meters of headroom has been created inside. It is nice that the Integra has a flat bottom from front to back, without tripping steps in the kitchen or living area. The bottom is even doubled, resulting in higher winter resistance: water tanks are concealed frost-free in the almost 20 centimeter high double bottom, as are storage compartments for luggage and space for technical installations.

Integra

Two lengths

The Integra will be available in two lengths: the large 890 tandem axle (length 8,99 meters) and the 'little' brother 700 (length 7,16 meters). With the 890 you can choose from two layouts: one with single beds along both side walls, or a layout with a luxurious queen bed in the center of the bedroom. The 700 comes with only single beds. With plenty of space underneath, including for hanging clothes and a garage for bicycles and camping furniture.

LED-lighting

The Integra is richly equipped with LED lighting on the outside. Both for the daytime – daytime running lights – and for the evening. A nice gimmick are position lights that are concealed at the top behind the windscreen and the 'running lights': the dynamic direction indicators, as Audi also uses.

Behind the service hatch on the right side of the camper, all technology is easily accessible: drinking water, gray water, underfloor heating, boiler, etc. Clear and neatly installed. The chrome grille, modern rear-view mirrors and ditto headlights make the Integra completely contemporary. The camera at the discharge point of the waste water tank is clever: from the driver's seat you maneuver the camper exactly above the collection container of the camper station and at the push of a button you empty the water tank.

Integra

High gloss and chrome

Inside, it is mainly the high-gloss finished furniture, the chrome accent strips and the enormous amount of indirect LED lighting that impress. Everything is dimmable, so you can create an attractive ambiance. Even the walls have indirect lighting, just like the ceilings, storage compartments and splashback in the kitchen and the headboard in the bedroom. And who comes up with indirect lighting behind the shower fixture in the bathroom? In any case, it creates a luxurious atmosphere in all living compartments and because all lighting is made of LED, energy consumption is not too bad.

Integra

Espresso machine

The living area of the Integra is dominated by the L-shaped lounge sofa of the 890 or the smaller corner sofa of the 700. You sink comfortably into the cushions, which can be made of leather if desired. As usual, the pilot seats in the cabin can be rotated, creating a cozy seating area in the vehicle. There is also a fold-down bed in the cabin. Smart detail: a flat screen is concealed in the sofa of the 890. At the push of a button, the TV rises electrically. We see a similar surprise in the kitchen: an espresso machine that lowers from the upper cabinets with an electric lift.

Driving license-C

Building a camper of 7,20 meters long and 2,32 meters wide, with a curb weight of 3.330 kilos: that is a technical tour de force. Theoretically, you could still drive the 700 with a B driving license, but that would only leave you with 170 kg of holiday luggage. So you can't carry much more than two toothbrushes, a pair of flip-flops and a tube of sunscreen. On the other hand, holders of driving license C can load the vehicle with holiday items: the maximum permitted mass is 4.500 to even 5.500 kilos for the double-axle vehicle. The 700 can therefore carry almost 1.200 kilos of holiday luggage; in the 890 even 1.500.

Integra

Integra camper test result

The Integra is a significant upgrade of Eura Mobil's existing portfolio. The integral camper has a luxurious appearance and is equipped with all kinds of nice features. The finishing and installation of technology is well done. Only one layout of the 700 is available - the best-selling layout in the Netherlands, but you just have to fall for a few beds. The Integra is equipped with a 130 hp diesel engine as standard, but that is tight for a camper of this size. Fortunately, we also see the choice of 150 or even 180 hp on the options list. With a loading capacity of one and a half tons, this is a camper for bon vivants who prefer to be on the road all year round. With driving license C, of course.
