Rapido 854F: Camper of the Year 2022

The jury has spoken, the most innovative camper for the upcoming model season has been chosen. The Rapido 854F has thus been selected as the ANWB Camper of the Year 2022.

Compact A-class motorhome

For an A-class motorhome, the Rapido 854F has a remarkably short body of only 670 centimeters. Yet the camper offers a lot of space, for example with a round seating area at the back, a drop-down bed that does not obstruct the front seating area, and a garage with enough storage space for all your camping gear.

The spacious rear seating area is extremely comfortable, as is the rest of the interior. The pantry is also efficiently arranged and fully equipped. In the cabin, the seats can be made into swivel seats for the front seating area. With the standard drop-down bed raised, four people can dine extensively here. The camper offers comfort for at least four people if you opt for an additional electric drop-down bed above the rear seating area.

For all seasons

Thanks to modern technology and the use of excellent insulating building materials, the Rapido 854F is also suitable for use in winter, an aspect that also has its advantages in summer. The Camper of the Year award is an annual event. The award is an initiative of ANWB Kamperen and the camping magazine KampeerKampioen. Models that are new or innovative for the year 2022 are assessed by an expert professional jury consisting of journalists with experience and insight into the caravan and camper industry. In addition, they are democratically supported by a public jury. Aspects such as innovation, construction method, interior and exterior design, finish, equipment, originality, and price-quality ratio are considered.
